The Bean Bio
From the lush Upper Waghi Valley of Papua New Guinea, this washed Typica-Bourbon-Arusha lot is nurtured by smallholder farmers at elevations around 1,600 meters. Grown on rich black volcanic soil and meticulously processed at the Kuta Kofi mill, this coffee is clean, bright, and wonderfully approachable.
Expect a smooth, medium body with layers of creamy milk chocolate and buttery toffee, lifted by juicy notes of ripe papaya and dried apricot. A gentle sweetness lingers in the finish, with a hint of soft caramel and tropical fruit brightness.
The result is a beautifully balanced cup—elegant yet expressive, ideal for those who enjoy clean, fruit-forward single origins with classic chocolatey depth.
