We blend the round, nutty backbone of our single-origin natural-processed Brazil from Minas Gerais with the spiced dark-chocolate brightness of our high-grown, washed Guatemala from Antigua. Roasted to a glossy medium-dark, it brings out that perfect second-crack sweetness.
